What Is Clean & Fit?To me, clean eating is about choosing better ingredients. If you're like me, you want to eat healthy, yet tasty food.
We use fresh ingredients wherever possible. We prefer nutrient dense foods and we're always looking to pack our dishes with super foods that will make our body glow with joy. We look at fitness as a process, not a destination. For me "fit" is not being in supermodel shape all the time. It's about using smart workout techniques to trim fat, boost energy, get stronger and remain flexible. |
